These terms govern your use of thearsenale.ae and any purchase you make on it. By placing an order you accept them.

You must be 18 or over to buy. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is used fraudulently.
Many items are rare, limited or one-of-a-kind, and stock can change while you browse. An item in your cart is not reserved until the order is confirmed. Photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but finishes and colours may vary slightly on screen.
Prices are set in UAE Dirham (AED). Other currencies shown on the site are an indicative conversion for your convenience; the amount actually charged is based on the AED price and your bank's own rate may differ.
We try to keep prices accurate. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, the payment is not authorised, or we suspect fraud.
Payment is taken through our payment provider. We do not store your card details. High-value items may require identity verification or a bank transfer before dispatch.
We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Large or specialist items (vehicles, furniture, artwork) are delivered by arrangement, and our team will contact you to schedule it.
Import duties and taxes outside the UAE are the buyer's responsibility. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned within [14] days of delivery. Contact support@thearsenale.ae before sending anything back. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected.
Unless the item is faulty or wrongly supplied, the following cannot be returned:
Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one.
Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, pass to you. Collectible, vintage and pre-owned items are sold as described, in their existing condition.
The TheArsenal name, logos, site design, photography and product texts belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without written permission.
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of [EMIRATE] have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
